These terms apply to your use of burkleygoods.com and purchases from Burkley Goods, operated by BlackBrook LLC, By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue a full refund. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. The total amount payable, including shipping and applicable taxes and duties, is displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices may change for future purchases. Any price correction affecting an existing order will be communicated before we proceed.

Payments are handled by the payment providers available at checkout.

Products and Materials

Our products are handmade in our Istanbul workshop. Each product listing identifies its materials, which may include genuine leather, PU, nylon, or other components.

Genuine leather can have natural variations in grain, texture, and color. Minor differences associated with handmade production may also occur. These characteristics alone are not defects, provided the product remains consistent with its description and suitable for its intended use.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse sending an incorrect product or one that materially differs from its description.

Personalization

Selected products may be personalized with a monogram or laser engraving. Please review all text, spelling, and selections before submitting your order.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by law. Cancellation or changes may not be possible once personalization begins.

If we make a personalization error or your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping

Orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye, through FedEx. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, and customs information are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and Order Issues

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by law.

Please report items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with personalization errors within 15 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The reporting period does not limit statutory rights or any applicable warranty.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including photographs, text, logos, and graphics, belongs to Burkley Goods or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person’s rights, or knowingly submit fraudulent information.

Privacy

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
